3. TAX

Tax is not required at our end, however, you should pay it at your end when you import. We do not know how much you would pay the duty or VAT for the purchase, sorry. Please ask the custom at your end.

4. DELIVERY TIME

Delivery time is approximately one week after payment is completed.

5. SHIPPING METHOD

For regular items, EMS ( Post office express air courier ) is the most economical way. It is " Door to Door " service. If you do not designate any particular shipping method, we use EMS automatically.

6. SHIPPING INSURANCE

You may take insurance by EMS and it is approximately 50 Yen for 20,000 Yen purchase. We will include the insurance charge when we issue an invoice.

7. AC POWER

All of Japanese made equipments are produced for 100V AC power. You shall obtain a transformer at your end. If it is difficult, we supply the transformer. In this case, you should designate the AC currency and jack style, two legs or three legs.

8. WARRANTY

If you live out side of Japan, it is impossible for us to provide the warranty for you. In case you send the item by freight prepaid ( your cost ), we provide repair service and return it by freight collect ( your cost ). Please notice the issue above when you place your order.

9. CANCELLATION

We do not accept any cancellation after we ship the merchandise.
