This is a reissue of the Style 2K, which was produced from the 1920s to the 1930s, the same period as the Style 2.
Made in 2017 with Hawaiian Koa body, this concert size ukulele is easy to play and has a modern Tusq nut and saddle for pitch stability.
The neck is made of mahogany and is in good condition, with a string height of 2.7mm at the 12th fret joint. The fingerboard is made of East Indian rosewood.
Open-back pegs reduce tuning stress as well as weight.
There is a gentle bulge under the bridge on the top of the body, but it does not affect the bracing. Other than a few hit scratches that occur when changing strings, the instrument is clean with few noticeable dents or scratches.
The binding was partially detached upon arrival, but this has been repaired by the importer.
The Great Depression led to a decrease in the production of ukuleles, and this model, which had been discontinued since 1933, has been revived once again. This is one of the few USA ukuleles in circulation! Try this one for yourself!

スタイル2と同時期の1920～30年代まで生産されたスタイル2Kの復刻版。
ボディにハワイアン・コアを使用した2017年製のこのウクレレはコンサートサイズで押弦、運指など演奏性が高く、現代的にTusq製のナット・サドルをチョイスすることでピッチの安定にも工夫が見られます。
ネックはマホガニーをが使用されコンデションは良好で、12フレットジョイント部で弦高2.7mmほどの状態です。指板はイースト・インデアン・ローズウッドが使われています。
オープンバックのペグは軽量化とともにチューニングのストレスを軽減しています。
ボディトップのブリッジ下部の緩やかな膨らみはありますが、ブレーシングに影響は与えてません。弦交換時に起こる当てキズが見られるほか、目につく打痕やキズもほとんどなく綺麗な個体と言えます。
入荷時にバインディングの部分剥離がございましたが、輸入元にてキレイに修正されています。
世界大恐慌を機にウクレレの製造は減り、1933年以降生産が中止されていたモデルが再び蘇る。流通量の少ないUSAウクレレ！この一本をどうぞお試しあれ！
