Probably Accento, but not sure.
There is a noticeable flaking of the plating on the bell.
There are other signs of use such as scratches and dullness due to age and normal use, but there is no damage that would interfere with playing, and it is in practical condition.
Repair details: disassembly cleaning, replacement of defective soft parts, pipe body polishing, re-lubrication with oil and grease.
