The PRS Fiore continues the PRS guitar concept of pursuing the world of bolt-on, single-coil guitars. Co-developed with guitarist, composer, producer, and instructor Mark Lettieri, the PRS Fiore features a modern aesthetic design, effortless playability, and a refined, rich tone that is addictive once heard.

The newly designed PRS Fiore pickups were carefully sound-tested by Lettieri and PRS to provide a foundation for players to explore their own sound. The Fiore S single coil has an extraordinary flexible tone. From whisper-quiet melodies to full-on funk tones and explosive rock sounds, this pickup responds to each player's individual style.

The Fiore H Humbucker satisfies Lettieri's demand for a bridge pickup with a wide range of expressiveness, with enough power and punch for high gain lead tones, but also a clean sound at full volume. The Fiore S and H have a smooth transition in sound when combined with each other, and no matter which of the five positions the pickup selector is set to, the sound is well-balanced, clear, and unmistakably "gorgeous".

But the search for tone does not end there. Fiore is equipped with a 5-position blade switch (bridge/bridge+middle/middle/middle+neck/neck) that allows for traditional pickup combinations. It also has a single volume and two tone controls that also function as push-pull switches, further expanding the guitar's range of sound creation.

Lettieri also offered his own design ideas, including a truss rod cover patterned by his mother. Other features include a swamp ash body, 22-fret maple fingerboard, maple neck, and 25.5" scale for traditional looks and playability.

Every guitarist has a sound in his head--a sound that evolves and grows as he improves and discovers all the beautiful qualities that define his unique voice. To facilitate this process, players need a guitar with a strong, dynamic sound that gives them the freedom to express their individuality to the fullest. PRS and I developed the Fiore (Italian for "flower") for just that reason."
