The Martin D-28 is one of the most famous acoustic guitars of all time, and like the Levi's 501, it is one of the most iconic historic American items.

The Martin D-28 is one of the most famous acoustic guitars of all time, and like the Levis 501, it is one of the most iconic American items in history.
This particular model was made in 2020. The top brace is forward shifted and the nut width is 44.5mm, which is the latest version of the D-28 to meet modern needs.
Shallow dings, light scratches, and cloudy paint can be seen on the back and sides, but are not noticeable. The top shows only a few scuffs and scratches, with even the pickguard showing few play marks. The satin paint on the back of the neck is a bit dull, but the frets are still high enough to show some signs of use and damage. A strap pin has been retrofitted to the back of the neck heel.
The neck is in good condition, and the truss rod has been checked to 60 degrees left and right. The frets have been rubbed together, and more than 90% of the fret height remains.
It has the deep resonance of a D-28, but also has a good treble drop, giving it a well-balanced sound. This is one of our recommended guitars.

「一生モノ・アコースティック・ギターの筆頭モデル！」

ジャンル、演奏スタイルを問わずオールマイティに使えるアコースティック・ギターの名機中の名機、マーティンD-28。リーヴァイス501同様歴史的なアメリカン・アイテムの象徴のひとつと言えるモデルです。
当個体は2020年製。トップ・ブレースがフォワードシフトに、ナット幅が44.5mmとなり、現代のニーズに応えた最新仕様のD-28です。
バック、サイドに浅い打痕や軽度の引っ掻き傷、塗膜の曇りが確認できますが、目立つものではありません。トップはピックガードの弾き傷すら少なく、僅かに擦り傷が見られる程度です。ネック裏のサテン塗装に多少のてかりの発生はありますが、フレットの高さは十分残っており、全体に使用感、ダメージは少なめと言えるでしょう。ネック・ヒール裏にストラップ・ピンが後付けされています。
ネックの状態は適正で、トラスロッドは左右60度まで動作確認済です。フレットは擦り合わせ済で、高さは9割以上残っており、演奏性、サウンドともに申し分ありません。
D-28らしい深いレゾナンスを感じさせつつも高音の抜けも良好で、バランスの良い鳴り方をしてくれます。お勧めの一本です。
