We are pleased to announce the arrival of a 2016 J-45 Standard!

The J-45 is one of the most iconic Gibson acoustic models.
Spruce top with mahogany sides and back.
The mahogany neck, rosewood fingerboard and bridge, and scalloped bracing are the standard specs of the recent J-45 Standard.

The standard L.R. Baggs "Element VTC" pickups are also a great feature.
The moderately thick neck grip makes this guitar easy to play and offers a gutsy sound.
Another feature is that the truss rod cover is stamped "2016" only for 2016.
A plain truss rod cover is also available upon request.

The pickguard is missing, as it appears that the previous owner had removed the pickguard.
There is a stand burn around the back of the 8th fret on the neck.
There are other minor scratches, but no major damage.

The neck condition is fine, and the current string height is set at 3mm on the 6th string and 2mm on the 1st string at the 12th fret.
The frets have some string marks on the second string in the low position, but overall the fret wear is minimal and the guitar can still be used.
The truss rod is slightly tightened, but there is still room to tighten.

A genuine hard case is included.

ギブソン・アコースティックを代表するモデルと言える「J-45」。
スプルース・トップにマホガニー・サイド&バックのボディ。
マホガニー・ネックにローズウッド指板&ブリッジ、スキャロップ・ブレイシングといった近年のJ-45 Standardが持つ定番スペックが特徴となります。

更には、標準でL.R.Baggsのピックアップ「Element VTC」を搭載しているのも嬉しいポイント。
程よい厚みのネック・グリップで弾きやすく、ガツっとした鳴りが味わえる一本です。
また、2016年のみトラスロッドカバーに「2016」の刻印がある点も特徴です。
ご希望の方には、プレーンのトラスロッド・カバーも差し上げます。

前オーナー様がピックガードを取り外して使用していたようで、ピックガードが欠品しております。
ネックの8フレット裏辺りにスタンド焼けがございます。
その他、細かな傷はございますが、大きなダメージはございません。

ネック・コンディションは問題なく、現状の弦高は12フレットで6弦3mm、1弦2mmのセッティング。
フレットはローポジションの2弦下に弦の痕がある箇所がございますが、全体的には減りは少なく、まだまだご使用頂けます。
トラスロッドは多少締め込まれてはおりますが、まだ締める余裕もございます。
