We are pleased to announce the arrival of a Gibson Byrdland manufactured in the 1970s. The date on the serial indicates that it was produced between 1970 and 1975.

The body shape is similar to the L-5, the company's popular full-acoustic model.
At a glance, it looks similar to the L-5, but the body thickness is thinner, making it a comfortable size to hold.
The neck scale is 597mm short scale. The slim neck shape makes it easy to hold and play.

Front pickup is sticker numbered PAF.
Rear pickup is also sticker-numbered PAF, and both pickups are original.

The nut and frets have been replaced by the previous owner, and the bridge has been changed from the original.
The bridge has been changed from the original. The pickguard has been removed and is missing.

There are cracks, color burns, and other signs of use, but all of these are proof that the instrument has survived the long years and is now vintage! The condition is good, and it is in good playing condition.
It is in good playing condition and can be used well.

This Byrdland is one of the most popular hollow models in the world and is in player's condition for easy use.
The sticker numbered PAF, which is more popular than the engraved numbered PAF, is also very attractive. Recommended for those looking for a solid, usable vintage jazz guitar.

1970年代に製造されたGibson Byrdlandが入荷いたしました。シリアル上のデイトは1970年から1975年にかけて生産された個体となっています。

同社の人気フルアコモデルであるL-5と同様のボディーシェイプを採用。
一見するとよく似たルックスではございますが、ボディー厚は薄くなっており、抱えやすいサイズ感となっています。
また、ネックスケールは597mmショートスケールを採用。スリムなネックシェイプで抱えやすく弾きやすいモデルに仕上げられています。

フロントピックアップはステッカー･ナンバードPAF。
リアピックアップは剥がれていますが同じくステッカー･ナンバードPAFと思われ、どちらもオリジナルがマウントされています。

前オーナー様によりナットやフレットは交換され、ブリッジもオリジナルから変更されています。
消耗部分に手を加えられている為、しっかりと演奏されてきた事が伺えます。ピックガードは取り外されており欠品しています。

クラックや色焼けなど、使用感は強くございますが、それら全てが長い年月を乗り越えてきた証となっており、これぞビンテージ！という顔付きへと昇華します。
演奏コンディションは良好でしっかりとお使いいただけます。
