Orvile by Gibson LPS-T made in 1992 is now in stock.

Orville is the Japanese production line of the Gibson brand, which is no longer in production.
The models with "by Gibson" on the head are sold at a high price in the market.
This time, we have a "by Gibson" model! From the serial number, it was made in 1992 at Terada Gakki.

The body is made of maple on the top and mahogany on the back. The top maple is laminated with beautifully grained tiger maple over regular maple.
The rear pickup cavity is marked with W/T, which stands for "with Tigger".

There is also a "C/S" on the rear pickup cavity, which probably stands for Cherry Sunburst.
This guitar was originally supposed to be cherry color, but it was changed to the current vintage sunburst during the production process.

The neck has a deep joint, which can be seen from the front pickup cavity.
The back mahogany was mainly used as 3 or 4 pieces of wood, but the new one has 2 pieces of wood.

The pickups are Gibson TM490 in the catalog, and the rear pickups are mounted with engraved Gibson USA logo, which seems to be TM490.
The front is equipped with engraved numbered PAF, which has been changed by the previous owner but upgraded to a better grade.

The front has been checked and adjusted by a professional repair person after arrival, and is ready for immediate use.

The LPS-T itself rarely appears on the market, and the Terada Gakki manufactured units are even more rare and scarce.
It is no exaggeration to say that this is a "Made in Japan" Gibson, and we hope you will welcome this truly valuable guitar as your own partner.

1992年製のOrvile by Gibson LPS-Tが入荷いたしました。

現在は生産終了となっているGibsonブランドの日本生産ラインOrville。
今尚高い人気を誇り、特に"by Gibson"の文字がヘッドに入れられたモデルは、市場でも高額で取引されております。
今回入荷した個体は当にby Gibsonの個体!! シリアルより1992年に寺田楽器にて制作された1本です。

ボディーにはトップ材にメイプル、バック材にはマホガニーを採用。トップのメイプルは通常のメイプルの上から美しい杢目のタイガー･メイプルをラミネート。
リア･ピックアップのキャビティにはW/Tの記載があり、こちらは"with Tigger"の略となっています。

同じくリア･ピックアップのキャビティにはC/Sの記載もあり、恐らくはCherry Sunburstの略かと思われます。
こちらは本来チェリーカラーにする予定であった個体を、制作途中に現在のビンテージサンバーストに変更したものと思われます。

ネックはディープジョイントを採用されており、フロント･ピックアップのキャビティから確認が可能です。
バック材マホガニーは３ピースから４ピースの木材を主に使用されていたモデルですが、入荷した個体は２ピースとなっています。

ピックアップはカタログ上ではGibson製のTM490となっており、リアはGibson USAロゴの刻印入りをマウント。TM490と思われます。
フロントには刻印ナンバードPAFが搭載されており、前オーナー様により変更されていますがグレードとしてはより良い物へとアップされています。

入荷後に専門のリペア担当にてチェック･全体調整を行っており、即戦力としてお使いいただける１本です。

LPS-T自体が滅多に市場には出回らず、寺田楽器製造の個体は更に数の少い激レアモデルとなっています。
