Miraculous arrival! We are pleased to announce the arrival of a very special guitar made in 2008, the 175th anniversary of Martin's founding.

The D-28 is the origin of the acoustic guitar, and has been loved by artists all over the world since its birth in 1931.
The D-28 is made of the royal materials, veneer spruce for the body top, and veneer Indian rosewood for the sides and back.
The bracing pattern is "Forward Shifted X-Bracing".
Spruce is used for the material, and the non-scalloped construction achieves both "strength" and "sound" at a high level.
In addition, the guitar is made by the Custom Shop, which means it is a "special" guitar for Martin guitars.
The handmade and high quality wood is also used.

The most notable feature of this model is that it has a slotted head.
The slotted head on the D-28 is a tribute to the D-28 Authentic (discontinued).
Furthermore, it is a CTM, which makes it a divine instrument. The branding of "175 years" can be seen on the bracing peeking through the sound hole.
The sweet and thick tone of the 12F joint is also comfortable and special.

The condition of the individual that we have just received has some age-related deterioration, minor playing scratches from use, and some scuffs on the body back, but it appears to have been used carefully and not too often, so we can call it a beautiful item.

This is one that can be said to be quite rare to appear in used condition. Please take this opportunity!

奇跡の入荷！マーティン社設立175周年となる2008年製で特別な1本が入荷で ございます。

D-28 といえば、1931年に誕生して以降長きに渡って世界中のアーティストから愛され続けており、アコースティックギターの原点ともいえるモデルです。
ボディトップは単板のスプルース、サイド&バックは単板のインディアン・ローズウッドという王道のマテリアルを採用。
ブレーシングパターンは「フォワード・シフテッド・Xブレーシング」。
素材にはスプルースを使用しノンスキャロップで組み上げ「強度」と「鳴り」を高い次元で両立しております。
さらに 本気はカスタムショップ製とマーティンで言うカスタムショップ製というのはマーティンギターにとって「特別」。
ハンドメイド且つ木材も上級品となっっていおります。

このモデルの特筆すべき所は、間違いなくヘッドがスロテヘッドとなっている所。
D-28でスロテヘッドはD-28 Authentic(廃盤)をオマージュしうているのでしょうか。
さらにCTMということで 最早神格的な一本。サウンドホールから覗くブレーシングには 175 years の焼印が確認出来ます。
12Fジョイントならではの甘く太い音色も心地よい特別感を感じてしまいます。

入荷した個体の状態は、経年劣化、使用による微細な弾き傷、若干のボディバックの擦り傷はございますが 丁寧に使われ、しかも頻度はそれほど多くなかった模様で 美品と呼べるコンディション。

中古で登場することは かなり希少と言える一本。是非 この機会に！
