One of the "Xiphos" series from IBANEZ has just arrived in used condition.

This model has a Random Star type shape, but with a more pointed appearance, almost like an "X" style.
The body wing is made of mahogany. The neck and body center section is a 5-piece neck made of maple and walnut, with a strong through neck that incorporates KTS titanium reinforcements.
The fingerboard is rosewood with a 27F fingerboard; some 27F fingerboard models have a 27F fingerboard only on the first string side, but this XPT700XH has a 27F fingerboard on all strings.
The inlays are sharp shark inlays and the pickups are SH array, with a single hum DiMarzio Air Norton S on the front and a hum DiMarzio D Activator on the rear. Controls are 1Vol, 1Tone, and 3-way pickup switching.

The guitar has some buckle scratches and pick scratches, but no major damage and can still be used.
This is one of the sharpest IBANEZ guitars, especially for metal guitarists.

IBANEZから発売されている「Xiphos(サイフォス)」シリーズの1本が中古で入荷しました。

ランダムスター系のシェイプながらさらに尖った外観で、ほとんど「X」字のようなスタイルが特徴のモデル。
ボディウィング部はマホガニー。ネックとボディ中央部はメイプルとウォルナットを組み合わせた5ピースネックに、KTSのチタンレインフォースメントを組み込んだ強靱なスルーネック。
指板はローズウッドで、27F仕様。27F指板といえば1弦側だけ27Fになるスタイルのモデルもありますが、このXPT700XHは全弦27Fの指板を搭載。
インレイも尖ったシャークインレイでピックアップははSH配列で、フロントにシングルハムのDiMarzio Air Norton S、リアにハムのDiMarzio D Activatorを装備。コントロールは1Vol、1Tone、3Wayピックアップ切替となっています。

入荷した個体はバックル傷、ピック傷はあるものの、大きな損傷はなく まだまだ使って頂けます。
IBANEZの中でも 特にメタルギタリストに向けた尖った1本です。
