Gibson Custom Shop / Historic Collection 1956 Les Paul Goldtop Reissue Mod is in stock!

Serial number 6 1163, this guitar has been boldly modified. As you can see, it is a modification of the Goldtop used by a famous artist in the "Layla" sessions and "Loan Me A Dime" studio sessions. This is a reproduction of the Gold Top used by a famous artist in the "Layla" sessions and the "Loan Me A Dime" studio sessions.

It is based on a 1956 Les Paul with the lower logo. The aging is not Gibson aging, but it has a great atmosphere. The cavity has been carefully and meticulously zagged for humbuckers by a repair shop. The pickups are Ron Ellis Pickups Signature Humbucker Sig NS LL Black. Pickup covers are made by MojoTone.

The escutcheon, jack plate, and truss rod cover are Area59 Aged. The knobs are Crazy Parts Aged top hat. The pegs are patent engraved Grover pegs and the condenser is a 50s Grey Tiger.

The parts alone are worth a considerable amount of money for this modification. The truss rod has plenty of room and playability is excellent.

シリアル6 1163の本機、大胆にモディファイされた1本です。見る方が見れば分かるかと思いますが、“Layla”sessionsや“Loan Me A Dime”studio sessionsで、とある著名なアーティストが使用したGold Topをモチーフに再現した1本です。

1956年のローアーロゴのレスポールをベースにしています。エイジングはギブソンエイジングではございませんが、雰囲気のある素晴らしいエイジングを施してあります。また、キャビティはリペア業者様にてしっかり丁寧にハムバッカー用にザグられています。ピックアップはRon Ellis Pickups Signature Humbucker Sig NS LL Blackを搭載。ピックアップカバーはMojoTone製です。

エスカッション、ジャックプレート、トラスロッドカバーはArea59 Agedを採用。ノブはCrazy PartsのAgingされたトップハットとなっています。ペグはパテント刻印のグローバーペグ、コンデンサーは50sのグレイタイガーとなっています。

パーツだけでもかなりの金額になるコダワリのモディファイです。トラスロッドも余裕があり、プレイアビリティは良好です。
