An improved version of the Firebird model, the 1965 Non-Reverse Firebird V pushed its offset shape design into new sonic territory.
With its lightweight set-neck construction and inverted neck and body design of the Firebird model, the 1965 Non-Reverse Firebird V has come to be loved and revered for both its functionality and stylish design.
Reissued by the Custom Shop, this model incorporates many features that are faithful to the shape and construction of the actual vintage instrument, resulting in a guitar that looks, feels, and sounds flawless.

The guitar features a one-piece solid mahogany body, mahogany neck, and Indian rosewood fingerboard. Two mini-humbuckers are mounted in this easy-to-use configuration.
The six Crewdson pegs and long vibrato rollers give it a stylish look, and the slide switch selector is a great feature for vintage fans.
The VOS finish realistically reproduces the dimmed metal parts and the discoloration of the side dots, making this a model that is highly sought after.
