A rare Ovation electric guitar that was once manufactured for only a short period of time.
The serial number dates it from 75 to 80, but based on the production period, we believe it was manufactured in 79 or 80.
The VOL pot is dated '77 and the TONE pot is dated '78.

The body is made of an aluminum frame and molded with an unfamiliar material called Urelite, which is typical of Ovation.
Both the top and back are arched, and with a pattern that looks like wood grain, you would not be able to tell that it is made of resin at a glance.
The sound is very natural and harmonious.

The original pickups can be selected as series or parallel with the SPS switch.
Mono and stereo outputs are available.
Pegs have been replaced and the pickguard is missing.

There are some dents, scratches, and dull metal parts, but considering the age of the instrument, it is in good condition.
It has been cleaned and adjusted after arrival and is in good playing condition.
Truss rod: There is enough room for tightening/loosening.
Neck condition: No problem

かつて僅かな期間のみ製造された希少なオベーションエレクトリックギター。
シリアルナンバーから75年から80年となりますが、製造期間から79年もしくは80年の製造と考えられます。
VOLポットが77年、TONEポットが78年である事もその裏付けとなるかと思われます。

アルミニウムフレームにオベーションらしくUrelite(ウレライト)という耳馴染みのない素材を成形したボディ。
トップ、バック共にアーチがつけられており、木目のように見えるパターンと合わせてパッと見で樹脂製だとは分からない筈です。
そのサウンドもとても自然で違和感のない、調和の取れたものとなっております。

オリジナルピックアップはSPSスイッチにより、それぞれシリーズ/パラレルを選択出来ます。
また、アウトプットはモノラル/ステレオが装備されております。
ペグ交換、ピックガード欠品。

打痕やキズ、金属パーツのくすみ等ございますが年式を考慮すれば良い状態と思われます。
入荷後クリーニング、全体調整済みで演奏状態は良好です。
