R1-7" "Q58-7" S-S-H pickups

The S-S-H arrangement combines the R17 single-coil pickup designed for the "Q" 7-string with the Q58-7 humbucker pickup.

Both pickups are designed so that the full range of frequencies can be heard in good balance for easy sound makeup with effectors, etc.

The low frequency range is powerful without being muddy, and the high frequency range is bright and clear, yet not harsh.

The dyna-MIX9 switching system with Alter Switch allows you to freely switch between humbucker and single coil modes with a single mini-switch, giving you 9 patterns of sound variation.
