It is a signature model of the bassist "Jack Casady" of the acoustic blues unit "Hot Tuna" which was active alongside "Jefferson Airplane", the poster child of the 60's counterculture, and "Jefferson Airplane". This is Epiphone's Jack Casady Bass, a signature model of Jack Casady, the bassist of Hot Tuna, an acoustic blues unit.

Based on the LP Signature Bass, it has a maple semi-hollow body, mahogany neck, rose fingerboard, 34" scale, 1 x JCB-1 low-impedance humbucker PU, and Vol/Tone/3-Position Tone Switch. The guitar is equipped with a Vol/Tone/3-Position Tone Switch.

This model is characterized by its glossy natural bass tone, and the 3-position preset tone switch allows you to create a variety of sounds with a single mic.

It shows signs of use (abrasions/hairline scratches, scuffs and play marks, picking marks, buckle marks extensively, fogging/bitzing of metal parts and screws, and other exterior damage).

It has been set up upon arrival (cleaning, string replacement, rod adjustment, octave adjustment, string height adjustment, rubbing, and gouging removal), the fret board is high enough to play, and the truss rod can be adjusted to tighten or loosen up to ±60°.

LP Signature Bassを基にした、メイプル・セミホロー・ボディ、マホガニー・ネック、ローズ指板、34”スケール、PUはJCB-1ローインピーダンスハムバッカー×1、Vol/Tone/3-Position Tone Switchを装備しています。

艶やかなナチュラル・ベース・トーンが特徴のモデル、1マイクながら3段階のプリセット・トーン・スイッチにより、多彩なサウンドを演出する一本です。

使用感(すり傷/ヘアライン傷、スレや弾きキズ、ピッキング痕、広範囲にバックル痕、金属パーツやネジ類の曇り/ビッツ、等々の外観ダメージ)が見られます。

入荷時にセットアップ(クリーニング・弦交換・ロッド調整・オクターブ調整・弦高調整・すり合わせ・ガリ取り)済み、フレット山は演奏に問題ない高さがあり、トラスロッドは締める方向・緩める方向調整可能で±60°まで動作確認済みです。
