This is a Gretsch 6119-62 Tennessee Rose, made in 2000.

Gretsch's signature model 6119 "Tennessee Rose" with a 16" archtop body. It has laminated maple top/side/back, maple neck, rose fingerboard, 42.8mm nut, thumbnail inlays, Filtertron PU, Rotomatic pegs with "G" mark, bar bridge and Bigsby tremolo.

It has an atmospheric look and unique sound.

Nut has been replaced, and there are signs of use (multiple cracks on the fret foot of the binding on the 6th string side, cracks on the PU escutcheon screws, scratches on the outer body, scuffs and scratches from playing, picking marks, buckle marks, cloudy/bitz/rust on metal parts and screws, and other exterior damage).

The fretboard has been set up (cleaning, string replacement, rod adjustment, octave adjustment, string height adjustment, and replacement of the PU that had been changed to the original) upon arrival, and the originally low fret board is high enough to play well.

16インチ・アーチトップボディのGretschを代表するモデル・6119・『テネシー・ローズ』。ラミネート・メイプル・トップ/サイド/バック、メイプル・ネック、ローズ指板、42.8mmナット、サムネイルインレイ、PUはフィルタートロンを搭載し、『G』マーク入りのロトマチック・ペグ、バーブリッジ＆ビグスビー・トレモロを採用しています。

雰囲気あるルックスと独自のサウンドが特徴の一本です。

ナット交換、使用感(6弦側バインディングのフレット脚部複数の亀裂、PUエスカッションのネジ部亀裂、ボディ外周当てキズ、スレや弾きキズ、ピッキング痕、バックル痕、金属パーツやネジ類の曇り/ビッツ/サビ、等々の外観ダメージ)が見られます。

入荷時にセットアップ(クリーニング・弦交換・ロッド調整・オクターブ調整・弦高調整・変更されていたPUをオリジナルへ交換)済み、元来低めのフレット山は演奏に問題ない高さがあり、トラスロッドは締める方向・緩める方向調整可能で±60°まで動作確認済みです。
