The "Southern Jumbo" is famous for being used by various musicians. This is one of the top of the line J-45, which is one of the most special Gibson acoustics, and continues to attract players to this day. The top is made of spruce and the back and sides are made of mahogany, similar to the J-45, but the fingerboard inlays are decorated with double parallelograms, maple binding, neck binding, and head crown inlay. The fingerboard inlays are double parallelograms, and the neck binding and head crown inlays are decorated.

Fingerboard R 9.5", nut width 43.92mm, neck thickness (near 1st fret): 22.13mm, scale 628mm (24.75")
Although there are some noticeable scratches such as partial paint burn on the body back and side scratches, the pickguard still has a film on it, giving the impression that it was used with care and has enough frets remaining.
The guitar has been checked and adjusted (cleaning, string replacement, rod adjustment, octave adjustment, string height adjustment, and fret adjustment) by a professional repair person after arrival.
The strings are set up in .012-.054 gauge with the string height (bass string side): 2.6mm above the 12th fret / string height (treble string side): 2.0mm above the 12th fret.

様々なミュージシャンたちによって使用された事でも有名な"Southern Jumbo"。 ギブソンアコースティックの中でも特別感の強いJ-45の上位機種として現在に至るまでプレイヤーたちを魅了し続ける一本。 トップ材にはスプルース、バック＆サイド材にはマホガニーとウッドマテリアルの仕様はJ-45と同様ですが、指板インレイにはダブルパラレログラム、マルチプル・バインディング、ネックバインディング、ヘッドのクラウンインレイといった装飾が施されており、まさにJ-45上位機種としてのスペックとなっております。

ボディバックの一部塗装焼け、サイドキズなど目立つ傷はあるものの、ピックガードにはフィルムが残っており、大事に使用されていた印象で、フレットも充分残っております。
入荷後に専門のリペア担当にてチェック･全体調整(クリーニング・弦交換・ロッド調整・オクターブ調整・弦高調整・フレット調整)を行っております。
