This is a Duo Jet 6128 Duo Je from Gretsch's Jet Series, also known for its use by George Harrison.

It has a chambered body with maple top and mahogany back construction, mahogany neck, rose fingerboard, two Filtertron PUs, model label in the control cavity, TOM bridge, G tailpiece, and rotomatic pegs with "G" mark.

Compared to the vintage-style G series, the Duo Jet features modern specs such as a TOM bridge and rotomatic pegs, and is recommended for players with modern playing styles.

The overall appearance of the instrument shows signs of use (color fading on the binding, multiple dents on the top, back, and outer surface of the body, scuffs and scratches, picking marks, buckle marks, cracks on the PU escutcheon screws, dull/cloudy/pits/rust on the metal parts and screws, etc.).

It has been set up upon arrival (cleaning, string replacement, rod adjustment, octave adjustment, string height adjustment, fret adjustment, rod hole expansion, nut groove correction, saddle groove correction), and the originally low fret board is high enough to play well (it can still stand cutting, but the frets are low). The truss rod can be adjusted to tighten or loosen up to ±60°.

チャンバー構造のボディはメイプル・トップにマホガニー・バック構造、マホガニー・ネック、ローズ指板、PUはフィルタートロン×2、コントロールキャビティ内にモデルラベルが貼られ、TOMブリッジにGテールピース、「G」マーク入りロトマチックペグを搭載しています。

ヴィンテージスタイルのGシリーズに比べ、TOMブリッジやロトマチックペグといったモダンスペックを採用したデュオ・ジェット、現代的な奏法のプレイヤーにもおススメです。

全体的に使用感(バインディングの色ヤケ、ボディトップやバック及び外周に複数の打痕、スレや弾きスジ、ピッキング痕、バックル痕、PUエスカッションネジ部亀裂、金属パーツやネジ類のくすみ・曇り・ピッツ/サビ、等々の外観ダメージ)が見られます。

入荷時にセットアップ(クリーニング・弦交換・ロッド調整・オクターブ調整・弦高調整・フレットすり合わせ・ロッド穴拡張・ナット溝修正・サドル溝修正)済み、元来低めのフレット山は演奏に問題ない高さがあり(まだ切削に耐えるがフレット低め)、トラスロッドは締める方向・緩める方向調整可能で±60°まで動作確認済みです。
