USED ZILDJIAN / Istanbul K Old Stamp 3B(1953-56) 15" HiHats 834/872g [08]

From the shape of the engraving (appears to be the so-called OLD STAMP 3B generation)
This is a pair of 15" Old K hi-hats, estimated to have been made around 1953-56.

The later Old Stamp generation was the generation that settled down after the war and developed music centering on jazz, and these cymbals were made during that period and produced the sound of that time, which is a valuable period.
It can be said to be a period when the cymbals were much thinner and more acoustic than today's cymbals, while having more overall stability than those of the 40's.

This is a very rare pair of 15" hi-hats.
Notably, they are in excellent condition, with the inner Zildjian sticker still in place, as well as minimal rust and tarnish, giving the impression that the metal has not died, and fresh overtones remain.

Of course, no damage such as deformation or chipping can be felt, and the meshing also gives a very good impression.
The sound is of course superb.

The sound is of course superb, and the sound produced by the thin pair is elegant and rich. The sound of the entire cymbal is luxuriant and expansive, but never violent and calm.

There are some fingerprint stains and minor rust, but considering the age, it is clean enough and in good condition.
15" instruments from this period are rare, but those in good condition are especially rare!
