Japanese full acoustic made in the 60's and early 70's!

AE-11 made from 1967 to 1971.
The body is made of maple and measures approximately 16 inches in length. Fingerboard is rosewood with 24 3/4" scale. Each knob has been replaced with a witch hat type. The pickguard has been shrunk and the mounting holes have been left in place, but the base of the pickguard has been moved and the pickguard has been mounted on the back side. The nut has been replaced and the position of the strap pin has been changed, leaving the hole open.

The body has scratches, scuffs, and dings. The pickguard has a cloudy overall appearance and has pick scratches, and as mentioned above, there is some shrinkage. There are linear dents on the left neck and lower left portion of the body top. The lower right edge of the body top has rice-sized dents and solvent deposits. The neck joint has been glued back together, and there is a gap at the heel cap. There is a staker mark in the center of the body back, and there are buckle scratches and large and small dents all over the body back. The back of the neck has dents, hit marks, and fingernail marks, and there are a ton of hit marks around the head. Each hardware has the feel of its age, but there are no operational problems.

The neck is in generally good condition, and the truss rod can be adjusted in the direction of tightening or loosening, and can still be adjusted by turning it slightly in the direction of tightening. The frets have some string marks on the low position 1-3 string side. The rest of the fretboard is about 50% full. Currently, the string height is adjusted at about 2.0mm on the 12F 6th string side and about 3.0mm on the 1st string side.

Overall, the neck joint has been repaired and the neck angle is not at its best, and the string height on the first string side is about 3.0 mm at 12F. There are no major chattering problems, but modern playing is difficult. It is good for low position player or slide player. You can enjoy Japanese vintage easily!

Neck condition is generally fine.
The truss rod can be adjusted in the direction to tighten or loosen, and can still be adjusted by turning it a little bit in the direction to tighten.
Only about 50% of frets left.

60年代から70年前半に作製された国産フルアコ!

1967年から1971年に製造されたAE-11。シリアルナンバーから69年製と思われます。
ボディはメイプルでサイズはおおよそ16インチ。ネックもメイプルでセンター2pcs。指板面はローズウッドでスケールはおおよそ24 3/4インチ。各ノブはウィッチハットタイプに交換されております。ピックガードが収縮しており、取り付け穴はそのままでピックガード裏面の付け根を移動させずらしてマウントしております。またナットが交換されており、ストラップピンの位置が交換されて穴は空いたままです。

ボディには拭きキズ、スリキズ、打痕があります。ピックガードには全体的に曇った感じでピックングキズがあり、前述した通り縮みがあります。ボディトップ左クビレ部分と左下部分に線状の打痕があります。ボディトップ右下エッジ部分には米粒大の打痕や溶剤の付着があります。ネックジョイント部分には全体的に接着修正された跡があり、ヒールキャップ部分にはスキマがあります。ボディバック中央にはスッテカー痕があり、ボディバック全体にバックルキズや大小打痕があります。ネック裏には打痕や当てキズ・爪痕があり、ヘッド周りには当てキズがトントンとあります。各ハードウェアは年式層の使用感がありますが動作には問題ありません。

ネックコンディションは概ね問題なく、トラスロッドは締める方向緩める方向に調整可能で、締める方向にまだ少しだけ回せ調整可能です。フレットにはローポジション1-3弦側に弦跡があります。残りは5割程です。現状弦高は12F6弦側で約2.0mm、1弦側で約3.0mmで調整されております。

全体的にはネックジョイントの接着修正があり、ネックアングルもベストな状態ではなく1弦側の弦高が12Fで約3.0mmと高めです。大きなビビリ等はなく問題ありませんですが、モダンなプレイは難しいです。ローポジションメインで弾く方やスライドプレイヤーにも良いかもです。ジャパニーズヴィンテージを手軽に楽しめる一本となっております!
