The 2020 Custom Shop-made Firebird, commonly known as the "Non-Reverse" Firebird, is now in stock!

The Firebird used to feature a through neck and 9pcs mahogany neck, but due to its labor-intensive production efficiency, the "Non-Reverse Firebird", as it is commonly known, was introduced in 1965 for adult reasons.
It features a 1pcs mahogany set neck and body, 14-degree head angle, and 6-row cruson pegs, and this is one of the four grades with two mini hams and a long vibrato roller.
The neck shape is 1960s SlimTaper C Profile and the PU is "Firebird Alnico V".

There are some scratches on the body. There is a line scratch on the lower right side of the body back. There are no noticeable signs of use on any hardware.

The neck is in good condition, and the truss rod can be adjusted in the direction to tighten or loosen, and can still be turned and adjusted in the direction to tighten. There are no string marks on the frets and about 80% of the frets are left. Currently, the string height is adjusted at about 2.0mm on the 12F 6th string side and about 1.5mm on the 1st string side.

Overall, the guitar is in good condition with no noticeable signs of use. It is also recommended for those who are considering a new one. The neck is a 1960s SlimTaper C Profile, but it does not feel too thin, and the overall shape is a meaty shape that is typical of this grade. The non-reversed design, combined with the mini hum, long vibrato roller, and simple decorations around the neck, gives the guitar an even more emo feel. The sound has the sharpness and exquisite edge of a mini hum, and while it is a vintage concept, it has a finish not found on the high street, making it a recommended choice for young players!

スルーネックや9pcsのマホガニーネックが特徴であったファイヤーバードですが、その手間の掛かる生産効率から大人の事情で65年から登場した通称『ノン・リヴァースファイヤーバード』。
1pcsマホガニーセットネック＆ボディ、14度ヘッド角、6連クルーソンペグが特徴で、こちらは4段階あるグレードのなかでミニハム2発にロングヴァイブローラ仕様。
こちらはカスタムショップ製で仕上げはVOS。ネックシェイプは1960s SlimTaper C Profile、PUは『Firebird Alnico V』となっております。

ボディには拭きキズ、線キズ、スリキズがあります。ボディバックに右下に線キズがあります。各ハードウェアには目立つ使用感はありません。

ネックコンディションは問題なく、トラスロッドは締める方向緩める方向に調整可能で、締める方向にまだ回せ調整可能です。フレットには弦跡等は無く残りは8割程です。現状弦高は12F6弦側で約2.0mm、1弦側で約1.5mmで調整されております。

全体的には目立つ使用感はなく、良好なコンディション。新品をお考えの方にもおすすめできる内容です。ネックは1960s SlimTaper C Profileとしておりますが、さほど薄さは感じず全体的にこのグレードらしい肉付きのよいシェイプでシェイプとなっております。ノンリバースになった事により、ミニハム＆ロングヴァイブローラ、シンプルなネック周りの装飾も相まってよりエモさがアップ。サウンドもミニハムらしい切れの良さと絶妙なエッジでヴィンテージコンセプトながらも、王道にはない仕上がりで是非とも若いプレイヤーにお選び頂きたい内容のおすすめの一本です!
