The Maxon OD-808 Overdrive is the origin of the well-known TUBE SCREAMER.
The Ibanez TS808 TUBE SCREAMER Overdrive Pro was produced by Nisshin Onpa Seisakusho for the overseas market, and the MAXON OD-808 OVERDRIVE was produced and sold for the domestic market.
This model is MP-DO1201B base.
It is believed to have been manufactured in the early 1980s.
This unit is equipped with 4558D JRC glossy chip.

言わずと知れたTUBE SCREAMERの源流となるマクソンのオーバードライブです。
日伸音波製作所が海外向けに生産していたのがIbanez TS808 TUBE SCREAMER Overdrive Pro、国内向けにはMAXON OD-808 OVERDRIVEとして生産、販売されていました 同じモデルのはずですが、生産時期により様々な仕様違いがあります。
こちらの個体はMP－DO1201B 基盤。
1980代初期の製造と思われます。
4558D　JRC 艶ありチップを搭載した個体です。
