The "StingRay EX" is a cost-cutting model made in Japan with the same parts and specifications as the U.S. version.
The StingRay EX is not just a low-cost version, but is very different from the U.S. version in its tight sound and playing comfort, which is typical of Japanese-made instruments.
The StingRay EX has the same sound as the US version.
The combination of Musicman's original humbuckers and a preamp with 3-band EQ allows for a high degree of freedom in sound creation.

The pickguard has been replaced, the BASS pot of the 3-band EQ has been replaced with one without a center click, and there are some minor scratches, dings, and other signs of use.

ピックガード交換あり、3バンドEQのBASSのポットがセンタークリックの無いものに交換されております、細かな擦り傷、打痕など使用感が見られます
