This is a reissue model of the Teisco (Kawai Instruments) May Queen from the 60s.
The serial number on the plate indicates that it was made in 1999, the first year of reissue.
MQ-56 is positioned as an entry model of May Queen series. It has a bolt-on hollowbody, firebird type mini humbucker, and original vibrato unit, and was reissued with more modern and easy-to-handle specs.

* After our arrival, it has been cleaned, string replaced, rod adjusted, octave adjusted, and string height adjusted.
The neck had some waviness, so it has been adjusted by fret fret adjustment.
The frets have been lowered due to the fret adjustment.
There are some minor scratches and dents, but considering the age of the instrument, it is in good condition.

プレートのシリアルより復刻初年度の99年製と思われます。
MQ-56はMay Queenシリーズのエントリーモデルの位置付けで、ボルトオンのホロウボディにファイヤーバード・タイプのミニハムバッカー、オリジナル・ビブラートユニットを搭載し、よりモダンで扱いやすいスペックで復刻されたモデルです。

* 弊社入荷後、クリーニング・弦交換・ロッド調整・オクターブ調整・弦高調整を行っております。
ネックに波うち症状が出ておりましたので、フレットすり合わせにて調整を行っております。
フレットすり合わせに伴いフレットが低くなっております。
細かいキズや小さな打痕等がございますが、経年を考慮すると状態良好です。
